That is why there is an electrical code, so everybody is familiar on the right and incorrect path to perform an electrical repair and tuning. If every household was wired according to a random standard, how could anyone without paranormal abilities clarify how to troubleshoot a circuit?
We are not going to prevent you from educating and enriching your skills. We wouldn’t have little chance of doing it, anycase. But you should know by now that we are a strong advocate of independence and self-reliance. But if one person burnt his home down because he thought that he could do that electrical job, and was not sufficiently OK to do the job|task right… well, that is not what we had in mind when started this energoproject. We have seen some electrical wiring disasters throughout Russia, and major share|most were undertaken by homeowners who thought that performing electrical wiring|work was no more deserving of care than sweeping the backyard!
